Ascension Quantum Reiki™
Level One
Part One - Shoden
Level I teaching is based on the traditional Usui Reiki teachings by Mikao Usui. Level I serves as a beautiful introduction to the history of Japanese Reiki principles, teachings, and a way of life through the Reiki precepts. This practice is best integrated into your life to bring healing to yourself as well as your loved ones. Reiki is truly a way of life!
In Level I, you will gain an understanding of the energy body within the physical body and how it relates to wellness. You will learn about our chakra system and how it impacts our overall energy body, how our emotional history can affect it, and how we benefit from learning how to balance these centers.
Learning Reiki will bring awareness and awakening of the energetic world housed within, bringing you balance, peace, and harmony into your life!
Part Two - The Quantum
Quantum Healing Level I course will also provide an introduction to our quantum nature and capacity to heal ourselves at this level. Kristine will provide an overview understanding of quantum biology and physics, sound frequency healing, breathwork, and meditation.
Understanding these principles can bring a deeper sense of healing to your personal Reiki practice. You will receive your Level I attunement and be given guidance for the 21-day integration process after the attunement. You will then be appropriately prepared for Level II should you wish to further your Reiki practice and understanding.

Level Two
Part One - Okuden
In this next level of Reiki training, you will be attuned to and given the sacred Reiki symbols to use in your practice. This will enhance what you have established in Level I.
You will strengthen your hara or intuition, learn how to provide a full Reiki treatment to clients if you wish to establish a business, as well as how to perform a distance Reiki healing. You will also learn how to perform Reiki on your pets.
In this level, we will have the opportunity to practice Reiki on others in person and at a distance. You will receive your Level II attunement, as well as guidance on the 21 days of integration. We will touch upon how to create a Reiki practice and curate offerings if you are feeling called to start your own healing business.
Part Two - The Mystical
In this next level of Reiki training, you will continue to deepen your understanding of the connection between you and your divine inner guidance and intuition.
Throughout both Level I and II, Kristine will emphasize the importance of connecting with and trusting in your deep inner knowing. You will learn how to deepen an awareness of the divine connection, your “claire” senses, how this is a large factor into your overall Reiki practice, and other tools that can be used in your intuitive practice.
Kristine will introduce you to the Akashic Field, share her mediumship journey, and share light language as an activation tool for you to uncover your mystical gifts!
